Grief and Support

GAF recognizes grief may be a result of a variety of issues; death of a loved one, loss of a pet, loss of employment or home, divorce and other emotional experiences. Grief counseling, support groups and bereavement services are offered through skilled professionals at Guardian Angel Hospice. GAF also offers a bereavement camp, Camp Angel for children ages 6-16. At Camp Angel, campers learn to share their feelings of loss with other children and caring adults. They do this through sharing sessions, arts and crafts, campfire and songs, and recreational activities. For more information on grief and support, see below.
