Hit A Ball For Hospice

Show your support for Guardian Angel Hospice’s compassionate mission of care through participating in the 9th Annual Guardian Angel Foundation’s “Hit A Ball For Hospice” Golf Outing! The proceeds from this event will go towards enhancing the quality of life of individuals and families facing a life-threatening illness, whether they are hospice-appropriate or not. Your support allows us to provide non-medical service and goods, as well as education on end-of-life issues for folks in 23 counties in North Central Indiana.
